Toni character won't fit

Hi - first time post!
I just bought the Toni character as the skin just seems more real than some. The Uv maps don't seem to fit in DAZ3D 4.6 - the body parts are a bit off - mouth, nose etc the skin does not quite fit in areas- making it unusable. I installed them manually as the auto install did not seem to work either. Everything seems to work when loaded with Genesis 2 figure - no error messages so far.
This is on a Mac OSX Mountain Lion - but i have Daz on Windows 7 using Parallels and it has the same issue - they share the same content folder i think.
What am i doing wrong.
I have attached a sample render

Have you selected the correct UV mapping on your Genesis figure
Thanks for the reply - i have never had this issue before with other characters. Never seen this before. There are only a few .duf choices for this character and i have tried them all. I must admit i do find the Daz3D interface a bit confusing but i have managed to do a fair bit with it.
With this character (Toni) the skin is not fitting the genesis 2 character - not quite. I suspect that my app is a bit confused as i have two content libraries which are accessed in my prefs - I did get it to work just now with genesis one but not genesis two. Starting with the male character as a base and then working up from there.
You may need this:

Thanks - you might be right as i did not check the requirements out very carefully before buying the character - that would make sense as i was getting this error message earlier asking for something from Victoria 4 which i thought i already had but obviously not.
Nothing to do with content library confusion, it's the UVmaps. These control how the textures wrap around the object mesh, and different characters generally use different UV mapping. These are usually fairly similar, but the "smeared lipstick" effect shows where the differences are.
The tell-tale here is that the Toni texture is set up for the V4 UV mapping. Genesis 1 uses V4 UVs by default, so that will work right out of the box, but Genesis2 uses V5 UVs — with the option to use V4 if you buy the V4-for-Gen2 noted upthread; this installs the older UVs into Genesis2.
Note that a .duf materials preset will generally apply the proper UVmap automatically (if your Genesis or Genesis2 figure has it installed), but an older preset that isn't a .duf won't; you'll have to go into the Surfaces tab, select the skin surfaces, and change the UVmap setting manually. (The .duf file format is recent; all new files should use it, many older files have been converted to use it, but a lot haven't been converted yet. They do still work — except for this automatic UV setting — they just aren't named as .duf files.)
Thanks Spottedkitty and the previous posters in DAZ land! - very helpful and much appreciated. Lots to learn!
