I was notified several times that my payment did not go through. I have written several messages and have yet to receive a reply, which seems to be the norm. I can't call to get this straightened out, but I would like the courtesy of reply and help to get this fixed. I lost my membership before and I do not want to loose it again.
I re-entered my account information and everything is correct.
I am not sure if this is where I should post this but I know of no other way to possibly get someone to help me.
If this is posted in the wrong place please pardon me for my mistake.

You should contact DAZ directly with your issue. https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new lets you submit a request directly to the appropriate department at DAZ, looks like you probably want to choose "sales support" from the dropdown.
