Looking for Fingernail Morph

Anyone know where I can find a fingernail morph (preferably for G2 Male, but I have Genesis Gen X2) that looks like the claws on a cat? I don't want just sharpened human nails; these have to be thin, curved and sharp. tx

Claws are difficult to achieve with the topology of the fingernails(And toenails) on G2M/F. Its also something Ive been looking to achieve. At this time there are two products in store that contain claw morphs which are partial morphs: Genesis2Male Creature creator and FW Dan. The mesh however is very limited so unless its HD tech, its very hard to get it to have any sort of volume, the underside of the nails has no verts to work with. Neither morphs mentioned are HD. I have tried a few times now to make my own morph in hexagon, in an effort to get away from the "Sharpened nails" look, but I'm not completely satisfied with the results yet.

I think to truly get claws for G2x it would need to be made as a Geograft set. And Id personally prefer geograft claws over HD. M4 is the only one to have conforming claws, which look excellent but they aren't friendly at all with G2M.

There is also a surface zone (Material zone) issue associated with G2M and F where the underside of the fingernails and various polygons on the toenails are not set to the "fingernails" "toenails" surface. You can easily see this by dialing one of the claw morphs or nails length and changing the colour to of the nails surfaces alone. I reported the issue last month, but not heard anything from it yet.

Thanks Jorge. That's the closest I've found, but it's not what I need.

I tried to make them in Hexagon, too. I'm a novice at modelling, though, and Hex was too squirrelly for me - kept freezing up. :-p You're right, geografting is probably the best option. Thanks for responding!

there is one product which has different approach http://www.daz3d.com/ej-niebla-and-claw-rings

The advantage is that the claws are smartprops with proper geometry, but the downside is they are not just claws but claw rings. Well, maybe it's possible to hide ring base and to retain only claws visible, but i can't confirm that since i don't own the product.

Those are lovely, but the claws are too big. I'm looking for...imagine if you were to take a cat's paw in your hand and gently squeeze to make the claws come out - I need them to look exactly like a cat's claws. Retractable if possible! But thanks for the suggestion! :-)

No worries, Jorge. I didn't think it existed, but was hoping. :-)
