What the heck happened tothis website?

All I see when I visit the site is black text on a white background. Nor can I access my purchases for download, as the links do not work. In the past few years I have seen this site slide right down the crapper. You need to fire your webmaster.

The site works very fine here at the moment. Perhaps a problem on your end?

I have the same problem regardless of what computer or browser I use. What a donkey show.

It's working fine for me on Google Chrome.
EDIT: And I've been on all day.

AS Matty said can we see a screenshot, may be easier to troubleshoot if we know exactly what your problem is

Sorry, I can't provide a sceenshot right now. The page displays exactly as if it were an unformatted Word document. Times roman text, plain white background.

That strongly suggests that your browser is not loading the CSS for some reason.

On a Mac, I would suggest Cmd-Shift-R to reload the page ignoring all cache (on Firefox and Chrome), which often cleans that up. On Windows, I think it's Ctrl-Shift-R.

You could also specifically clear your browser's cache, and reload the page, which is slightly more intrusive, but almost always works.

The last possibility is that you have an adblocker of some sort which is accidently over-blocking, and denying the stylesheets for the page from loading.

Clearing the cache did the trick. Thanks.
