Need help finding this sneaker prop

I've been looking for this item for a few months now, with no success. I've sent notes to the artist, posted on the image, and no luck finding out what was used here. If anyone knows what prop is used, could you please tell me where I could find it.

On a side now, if anyone knows where any sport sneakers(like basketball shoes) can be found for Daz3d models, Id appreciate it if you could tell me where.
