It would be GREAT if like in Poser one can save the figure AND the Hair and the Clothes.

Now we have to start clothing and eh.. hairing everytime (again) when we put the figure in a new scene.

Yes, you can save a fully dressed figure with hair and props if you want as a scene subset. Then when you want to use them again just merge them into your new scene.

It indeed does work. I am building a stable of characters for a project I have been working on, and saving them as scene subsets.

You can also save it as a scene and then just load the scene (or merge the scene into a new scene) and start from there.
