Is there something like Poser Pro 2014's Morphing Tool's tighten/loosen fit for fixing clothing clothing poke-through when there are no adjustment morphs in the clothing?

There are several other ways to address poke through. See this thread.

Back to your specific question. Yes, among the ways to address poke through is creating morphs. Furthermore, under the right circumstances, Carrara will let you do the editing in the assembly room in the posed position.

The vertex modeler is able to create morphs in the posed position as long as the item already has a morph zone. Select the model level of the item. Click on the wrench in the upper left menu so that you can do vertex modeling in the assembly room. In the property tray (menus along the right side), near the top, you will see a section called edit mode with three icons under it. Click on the middle icon (sort of looks like a person's torso). You can then create a morph.

Edit - inserted the word "middle" in the second to last sentence. Kind of important. Sorry.

Don't worry, it sounds more complicated than it is. It is actually quite a powerful ability as you can really do some interesting things.

Right now, it looks a bit scary. However, you're talking to some one that finally just "got" the Morph brush in Poser--after almost nine years... Thanks to Sixus1's commercial tutorial... :red: Funny how some times things will just "click" after a certain explanation or something... LOL I had tried before with the Morph Brush and driven myself to near tears. Even watching other tutorials and practicing... :red:
