Figure does not zero or take converted poses

Just recently [some time today] my G3F started acting funny. The figure won't take converted poses well; the limbs turn into spaghetti. Also, on occasion, when I zero the entire figure's pose, it ends up something like this...

Any recommendations on how to fix this?
