Can barely move anything (PP 2014)

I keep trying to move stuff on pp2014 and it's being totally slow and weird.
I am trying to use the paremeter dials like to bend the arms and legs, and the fingers, etc. And I try to move it and it doesn't really lag, it just doesn't do much. It will go up maybe a tiny bit but if I try to keep moving it, it will go up all the way or down all the way and then I have to keep doing it over and over again.
Idk why this is happening.
I've only used Poser once since I restarted the other day.
Usually I don't have to restart it for about a week and that's when I've used Poser several times...
I'm using x64 Poser
Things in the scene:
Daz Horse 2
Left Mane
Tail
M4
Leandro Hair
Maelstrom Top
Notorious:
Pants, Gloves, Boots
i13 Light Helper
Why is it being so weird?
I can move my camera fine but it's moving figures that is a problem.
I even restarted Poser and it's still doing it.
edit:
I loaded the Millennium Cat and it doesn't have any lag?
edit:
Here is video of me trying to move the arm.
As you see, it it goes sooo slowly and then suddenly shoots across the room.

If you have anything checked in Figure>Use Inverse Kinematics the result can be feet, or whatever, sticking to the ground.

Nothing is using inverse kinematics at all.
And even so the clothes are giving me issues too
Like I needed to adjust the waistband of the notorious pants and I could barely move them.

I personally have no problem with the DSON importer but a friend of mine does have the same problem. I do not know why it happens but I have already read that a lot of people have to deal with that issue and I understand that it is very annoying. It must be because of the horse since importing it in a scene seems to produce the same effect on my friend's PC. I can be wrong but your problem seems to be similar to my friend's issue... I also use PP 2014 (X64) but for me everything seems to be okay. I can even use HD characters without any problem. I am sorry to not be able to give you any solution but I suggest you to load all the items and characters except the DSON imported ones (the horse 2,...) and see if it is easier. If it is normal then it should definitely be something related to the imported .duf files or perhaps to the DSON importers installation...

I was thinking it might be the horse
But the scene is already half done and I just have to stick this out until it is...
I don't understand why Mil cat is wrking so well though but not m4 etc

try upping the virtual memory on your computer, also make sure you have the latest service release. also try using the wire frame preview mode it uses far less memory.

I find the wheels hard to use precisely .... but try just clicking the arrows at either end of the parameter wheels..its usually 1 degree increments...or you can type in the amount of adjustment.

Ok, just a long shot, but have you checked the render settings/preview tab; if the "Enhance multilayer transparency setting is checked, that may cause a lot of the weirdness you're mentioning....

What unit of measure are you using? Does Poser slow down routinely for you or is it just for this particular scene? Another thing to try is to save the scene and then clear the cache. The larger the cache, the more system resources it eats up and Poser slows down.
