Photorealism? Pros, help me

Hey Pros of photorealism. Can you point out everything that is wrong with this picture? Is there any other way to make it more realist? I stopped the render after 6 hours. Would letting it go 17 hours reall help? Any comment would help.

I don't think that would help, longer rendering in general add some highlights, which might help somewhat, but Realism is a difficult subject. Best is to learn bit a bit. For a bit information, search for the photorealism thread on this forum.

More details won't help but fewer details would. Looks really good but for more realism add slight bloom, environment blur, increase gaussian filter to 2.5, and add background being unfocused in via the camera mechanism.
