I really enjoyed the diversity of styles and subject matter this month. Congratulations to everyone. I admit that I had one set of notions from the thumbnails, and then I completely changed when I looked at the images at full size. I could vote for any of them. Had to choose, so...
My final votes are
Entry #1, DustRider, A Moment Frozen in Time - such a clean, crisp image. Just beautiful.
Entry # 5, Pimpy, “Ant’s Revenge” - this is one that I didn't fully appreciate until I saw it at full scale. Not only is the job of modeling the ant so great, and it is used both large and small, but the image includes so many different materials and textures. Love it.
Entry #14 , DaleHardman, Size matters: Arlington - another one that I appreciated even more at full size Like Kashyyyk's (which I have in honorable mention), I like the interpretation of size as expansiveness as well as large or small. Plus, I'm a sucker for Arlington cemetery.
HMs
Entry # 3, kashyyyk, Makeout Point - awesome setting. And the detail of the foreground grass and log is incredible when you see the full image. I would have bumped one of my top 3 if Kashyyyk had kept Godzilla in the harbor :> It took me a while, but then the connection between the challenge theme, size matters, and the title finally struck home. Nice job.
Entry # 10, Stezza, Money for nothin’, - pure joy. enough said.
This could have gone so many different ways so congratulations all on a great contest with worthy competition from all entrants. Here are the 3 that I can't resist:
Entry # 12 Artist: Head wax
Title: ‘Rats, Hunter Street.’
Entry #13 Artist: Antara
Title: Size matters: Difference between life and death.
Entry Nr 4 Author: DUDU
Title: A town in a drop
All variations on a theme, but clever and original interpretations of it. Beautiful lighting in Rats (poor rats, they get a bad rap), Antara's bunny was a nice piece of story-telling (and so soft and vulnerable as it watches the bird circle above), and the Town in a Drop went even more macro to make the insect seem giant in comparison to the city.
Honourable Mention (no worries if it's not being counted in the votes, I just wanted to give an extra mention to this one which was very well done and funny too):
I didn't follow any WIPs... was too busy with non-creative stuff, but in a way it made the entry thread such a happy surprise with maximum impact! So many entries this round, so many amazing ones...everyone deserves a prize.
Entry #2
Artist name:. Pimpy
Title of the submission: World Creators
(There is nothing wasted in the scene's low tech message, and appeals to my non-creationist views in a really twisted way!)
Entry #1
Artist name:. DustRider
Title of the submission: A Moment Frozen in Time
(Beautiful execution, wonderful details... I love the glass effect...)
Entry #13
Artist: Antara
Title of the submission: Difference between life and death.
(Stunning rabbit texture and the bird of prey reflection in the eye... wow!)
Everyone else gets honourable mention... I don't envy Ringo at all!
Again, making a decision was VERY difficult. Every time I looked, ready to vote, I came up with different choices. I figured I'd better just vote before the week begins. Thanks to EP for a great challenge, DAZ and Ringo for some great prizes, and everyone else who participated for your creative and very informative WIP's/entries!!!
Entry #2
Artist name: Pimpy
Title of the submission: “World Creators”
Great idea, and very well executed.
Entry #6
Artist name:. Diomede
Title of the submission: Pirates in a Rum Bottle
How can I resist a ship in a bottle. Great attention to detail.
Entry # 12
Artist: Head wax
Title: ‘Rats, Hunter Street.’
Perfect point of view and lighting.
All entries were interesting, but below are my favorites.
Entry #1
Artist name: Pimpy
Title of the submission: “World Creators”
Entry #2
Artist name: Stezza
Title of the submission: “Must be climate change"
Entry #3
Artist name: DustRider
Title of the submission: “A Moment Frozen in Time"
Honorable Mention:
Artist name: Head wax
Title of the submission: “Rats, Hunter Street"
Artini, Please note that your Entry #'s are wrong. You need to copy the entry number from the actual image description. What you mean is that your votes 1-3 correspond to to Entry #2 (by Pimpy), Entry #8 (by Stezza) and Entry #1 (by DustRider).
Please correct your original post, so it doesn't confuse anyone.
No worries. I learned the last time to cross-check the entry's title by the entry number. If I have just the numbers, then that is what I go by. If the vote is still unclear I can PM the voter to find out how it is meant to be counted.
No hanging chads for this host! I'm from WI, not FL. ;-)

Sorry for that. I have corrected my original post now.
Thanks for voting everybody! Remember, there is still around twenty four hours left to cast a vote! If you think of any friends that may be interested in voting, if they can log into the forums here, they can vote. There's no Carrara requirement for voting!
I'll see if I can get Jeff McCloy to put some secret votes in... :coolmad:
BOOM goes the dynamite! Well played.
On my side of the planet, it seems the state governor has found himself in hot water. I'm hoping that squashes a second run for the presidency (amusing though it is to hear a horse's ass speak).
Very difficult choice.
It seems to me that the general level of the challenge is improving each time. I think most of this month challenge entries would have been a killer one year ago.
Anyway, my choices are:
Entry #13
Artist: Antara
Title: Size matters: Difference between life and death.
Comments
Entry #1
Artist: Dust Rider
Title: A Moment Frozen in Time
The composition is simply great and the crispness and clarity of the render is stunning.
Entry #9
Artist: Philemo
Title: For some, some sizes matter
A totally original concept with a wonderful sense of humor.
Entry #12
Artist: Head wax
Title: Rats, Hunter Street
Despite the subject matter (I really do not like those critters), the image is visually arresting.

Oh good, I will get my mum and my 14 twin brothers to vote !
I'll see if I can get Jeff McCloy to put some secret votes in... :coolmad:
I think I met eight of them when I was last on Redhead Beach. Handsome devils.
BOOM goes the dynamite! Well played.
On my side of the planet, it seems the state governor has found himself in hot water. I'm hoping that squashes a second run for the presidency (amusing though it is to hear a horse's ass speak).
I already asked him but he declined, saying he was in the middle of the Mother Teresa defence, whatever that is ...
Garstor, thanks I'll send a few of them over!! Good luck with your speaking ass of a governor (by 'ass' you mean donkey dont you?)
Evil, this isnt really off topic, it's just light hearted banter between incredibly intlelligent individuals :)
hmm I spill checked this, must be mud in new zeelund
Really great work. I kept studying the various images and changing my mind back and forth on my picks.

Artist Stezza
Title: Money for nothin’
Entry # 4
Author: DUDU
Title: A town in a drop
Back on topic; may I suggest "government corruption" as a future Challenge topic? (nice save there if I do say so myself...)
As long as they have a DAZ 3D account. Oh, and conjoined twins count as one, so Gartors's ass can't vote no matter how loudly it brays! ;-P
Come to think of it, our respective governors must be cousins. Yeah...that government corruption topic sounds better each time! :)
Just a few more hours to go and I will quit annoying you with my entreaties to vote!
