Turntable Animations and Sunny Update :D [commercial]
Howdy :)
First off: I updated "Sunny Swimsuit HD" with custom morphs for the new shapes that came out recently. I also asked that the product be split up into two downloads. One for the textures and one for the rest, so the textures won't have to be downloaded again for the next update (for this update the texture download is still required if you use DIM).
Secondly: now with the dawn of Octane render and its render speed, it might be possible to create turntable animations for my products. I've made two so far to test out the process:

Do you find this interesting as product preview? It takes some more time to create these of course and I'm still trying stuff out, but I think it might be possible to make more of these if there is interest.
Cheers,
Elele.
PS: If you have feedback about one of my products you are also welcome to PM here on the site. Stuff you like, stuff you don't like, ... wathever. I can't promise anything will change, but at least I'll be aware :D

Well, first of all, thanks for the information about the update - and the update itself, it's really nice that you went through the trouble to include newer shapes! And I really appreciate knowing why I am updating a product for once :D
As for the animations, I really like them, they actually might be a worthwhile addition to the usual promo shots since they offer 360° view. It depends, of course, on the amount of extra work they require.
I also love the soothing music :D That might come in handy the next time I can't sleep ;-)
The required time is actually not so bad and most of it is just me getting to know the programs i think. This is something I can do to keep me busy while i wait on QA for example.
Putting people to sleep isn't really what I was going for, but I'll take it :D
Been having tons of funs in FL Studio. I made some nasty techno beats too, unfortunately / thank god they didn't really fit with the slow turntable! One of the things I'll be tinkering with.
To give an idea for the last one: the rendering took about 20hours at 30fps and 1920*1080px. I got a dedicated card for octane rendering so it doesn't really matter. And the editing took about an afternoon. I haven't really been keeping track of how long the music loops take to create. This is just something i do when i feel like it :)
