Any way to contact Art Collaborations owners to redownload a file?

I bought Ashok (for Apollo Maximus) 5 years ago, before DAZ bought Art Collaborations. For some reason I either never downloaded him, or did not back him up. I know Ann is on these forums (or at least used to be). Is there a way I can forward my original order confirmation and redownload Ashok?

I want to start out by saying thank you for supporting us. DAZ didn't buy ARTCollaborations. We sell our packs through here and don't post new packs to the store anymore. Our store is gone now. We have a new one but records weren't able to be carried over so Email Ann at ann0314 @ art-collab.com and she will work something out. We do plan to add new packs to our new store but not anytime soon.
Awesome, thank you Frank! :D I am glad to hear ARTCollaborations was not actually bought out. I was under that impression based upon a reply from a previous post of mine.
Not sure why you would have had that impression but nope we were not bought out LOL That said the pack in question was actually by mutedbanshee (The character for Apollo) but e-mail me and Ill see if I can find a backup of it :)

I was eyeballing Royal Court Rooms, Royal Court Props, and Build A Scene. I'm just caught up in trying to do many things at once.

I'm assuming "Dreams and Reality" is not a Skydome image set?
Art Collaborations sell products at DAZ 3d as PAs, but they also have their own site, which has, or did have a storewhere they sold other products, such as the one the OP is looking for.
My guess is that somewhere the OP saw the phrase "bought out" used about one of the products DAZ has bought for freebies and thought it meant that the company had been bought not just some products.

We've been selling through DAZ for 8 yrs now I believe. Our broker store is listed under ARTCollaborations and all our buyouts are listed under ARTCollab.

We had a store offsite for many many years where we sold characters etc on our own site and that was what the OP was asking about :) That store is currently down now though but I've handled the request and got him what he needed :)
As for buyouts, basically that is when someone makes a pack and sells it outright to DAZ3D and then they put it in the store and keep any money made from the purchasing of said item to offset the cost they spent buying it from us. :) As hubby mentioned, our store under ARTCollab is all the items DAZ has bought from us and all the items under ARTCollaborations are the items we are brokering :) But no we weren't "bought out" as in we are now owned by DAZ or as in they bought our name or something like that. Just specific packs we made have been bought and are now sold by DAZ with them making the profit from those sales.
You guys should do a reboot on Lee for M3 but for Michael 6, he was one of my favorite characters from you guys
All the male characters from our store were by Mutedbanshee...she sells over at RDNA now so you could always ask her :)
