Sold. Village Courtyard is a favorite of mine, and having this one to expand on it is a no-brainer.

I'm about to go on holiday so I'll probably miss the launch of this one!

It looks like it has an even more complex topology than the first Village Courtyard, I can hardly wait to get my hands on it.

It'll definitely go straight in the cart when it arrives (or, when I get back from holiday, whichever comes first.)

    Cheers,

    Alex.

I always pictured the Village Courtyard as the center of a very prosperous Italian community dating back to the Renaissance. This one looks just as wonderful, but in my mind more like the palatial grounds of a French Monarch or Russian Czar than a place for common folk.

well I've never been that great at naming these sets..it's usually a chore coming up with project titles :)

    Stefan,

I was reminded of Ridley Scott's Gladiator and Peter Jackson's Tolkien movies when I first saw this, even though the style isn't quite the same. It's truly epic in scope.

I'm curious as to how many man-hours it takes to produce a scene like this. I doubt very much that you knocked it up over a spare weekend!

    Cheers,

    Alex.

    Stefan,

This quite surprises me, it looks like it took even longer.

    Cheers,

    Alex.
