Wrinkled hand skin

I would like to fix the hand here that looks wrinkled I am wondering if a pose slightly shrunk my character and distorted the map.
Is there a way to blend a hand texture from another character without replacing the figures entire skin map with another figure's map?
Like only on the hand and get it to blend?
I was thinking about Photoshop post work but that seems extreme.
Is this maybe too much bump but it looks like it is in the skin texture too.

Well, an alternative is changing the skin texture on only his arm but he needs to have a shirt on to cover the seam.
I just changed his skin globally. Gave up on this.
I am sure in time I will figure out a better method so I do not have to change his skin everywhere.
