Looking for a way to set "Helpers" to the knees and elbows of a DAZ model

Hello!

I like Daz Studio but I find really boring and time consuming to pose the model in a natural position. What I believe that would help is something like a "Helper" to where the knees and the elbows could point to.

You can see something similar in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGvalWG8HBU (the knee movement happens at 00:48)

Do you guys know how can I set something like this in DAZ Studio?

Thanks

PS. English is not my native language, so, I beg your pardon beforehand for any mistakes.

AFAIK, helper objects don't exist in DAZ Studio. They exist in Carrara however.

    Thanks Zig Zag.

Here's what I am doing: I export the model to Blender as a Collada object and modify the armature to include the helpers there. the bad thing is that I can't use that posing sliders, like the ones from the fingers.
