zev0 40% discount not working

OK, so I confess that I'm "PC-" not "PC+", but it should not work that way in both cases.

I have Vascularity HD Bundle in my cart:

According to the discount rules, it should get me 40% off the entire zev0 store (50% if PC+) so I added:

http://www.daz3d.com/aging-details-hd-for-genesis-aging-morphs

There is even a button for it below: http://www.daz3d.com/sales-promotions --> http://www.daz3d.com/zev0

However, the first one (Aging Morphs 2 Bundle HD) is 40% off indeed, but the second one (Aging Details HD for Genesis Aging Morphs) stays full price!

Is this a bug or some kind of PC- punishment that isn't fully explained?

The discount rules do not mention anything regarding "new items", so that should not be causing it.

In the old days I would have bought the whole lot anyway and then file a ticket for a refund, but nowadays with all these completed rules ("if you were granted a snowball you can't return the item even if you don't pay with the snowballs etc. pp) I think I rather ask first...

    Aging Details HD is still classified as a new release so the discount won't apply to that product unfortunately. On the newsletter it's there as well as the promo page on the site (bottom right)

    Thanks, that obviously explains it.

    In my defence I must confess that I believe to remember that the "exclude new items" rule did have exceptions in the past, especially when the discount affected the PA store itself - like "buy my latest release and get the entire store for whatever % discount etc."

    This is how it currently looks like. If this is not the case, then indeed there should be a sign somewhere stating that new items will never ever be discounted, no matter what type of discount and no matter what kind of rules have been setup.

    Since saying "40% off the entire store", a link to this very store underneath, and then no discount on the first items that get listed are indeed a bit misleading.

    You need to scroll down underneath the "Freebies" block and then look on the tiny small print bottom right. How could I have missed this...

    The real funny bit is that I even looked for the asterisk but couldn't find the clause... and sometimes there were asterisks in the past without explanation, so I scrolled to very bottom of the page (and didn't find it there) so I just ignored it... it wasn't before your reply that I actually had a much closer look. ;-)
