Move multiple Bones at once?

Hi Guys,
i created a figure with many many configurations and somehow I shifted my face bones / or I scaled my figure smaller but without moving the bones itself for the face only.
As you can see in the image all the bones shown are a bit too high - the top ones should control the brows and so on.
This is the upper face rig - same thing happened to the lower face rig.
How can I readjust the bones to their correct Y-positions?
Is there a way to move all bones at once?

If it's a morph on the base figure then Edit>Figure>Rigging>Adjust Rigging to Shape should do the job, then use ERC Freeze to link the joint changes to the morph
