Free Base Genesis 2 model...is not free...?? (Todays sales offer)

I have in my cart stuff for well over 100 USD after discounts, but I still can't get a free base Genesis 2 model.

What to do?

    The base Genesis and base Genesis 2 figures are a part of the base Daz Studio product. When you have 'bought' Daz Studio (for $0) you will gain access to the files to downlaod and install: one for the actual program itself, one for the basic lights and shaders, one for base Genesis and one for Genesis 2.

    You need to install Genesis 2 Female and Male Starter Essentials from your product library. It is free with DAZ Studio

    No, no, you misunderstood the problem.

    I am talking about todays offer where you can get a Genesis 2 base model (like Gia 6, Olympia 6 etc) for free, i you spend 50+ USD.

    Though I qualify for a free model, Daz still want to charge med 27 USD for it,

    Are you sure that you are logged in when adding items to your cart?
    Which model are you trying to get, and have you added it along with along with the $100 worth of other stuff? Also, Gift Cards do not qualify for this offer.

    Yes, it is in the cart with all other stuff and I am logged in.
    I am trying to get a free version of Olympia.
    No gift cards are involved.

    EDIT: Are you allowed to use this offer only once? I used it a couple of days ago to get another free base model.

    It looks like there is a glitch on this offer for the moment then.

    I think you will need to write to Support about this, but maybe Frank or another mod can draw it to the attention of DAZ when they get in to work.

    Don't give up hope just yet :)

    If we can get this to function as I want, I suppose it would be smart to split this order into two 50+ USD orders.
    I guess I would be entitled to another free base model then.

    you'll need one male and one female pro bundle to get their geografts

    Yes, you should be eligible for as many as you want (provided you qualify for $50) if you split the orders. Remember gift cards don't count into that $50.

    Thx. I already have V6 and M6 pro bundles, so I suppose that base is covered.

    OK, we have an answer. In actual fact this promotion had finished, but because it wasn't removed from the revolving banner DAZ 3D have decided that they will extend it, so you should now be able to make your purchases up until the end of today.
