Trying to Use Today's Buy New Release and Get Victoria 5 for Free Promotion.

I purchased Mec4D The Vampire Huntress for Genesis 2 Female(s) which is a new release.
Order #101882143

After this order I tried to add Victoria 5 to my cart to get the freebie but it's not showing up as free. How to I proceed. I only made this purchase to take advantage of the offer.

Please advise. Have I completely misunderstood this promotion? Stranger things have happened.

    I wonder if someone can fix this for me? In the past it NEVER worked that way! I know this because I got errantly charged for something at full price when trying to do just that.

    Any thoughts?

    The only thing I can think opf is to file a support ticket.

    We will try to flag it up for you as well, but a support ticket would help our query.

    Hello Greybro

    On the first window advertising the "Sales & Promotions Today Only" there are no details, but if you click through until you get to the next window you will see a little text at the bottom of the picture saying "Items must be in cart Simultaneously".

    I was caught out once before clicking away into the cart, then reading the fine print after I finally discovered where the fine print was. >:-(
    Would be nice if DAZ applied it on each picture, but they do provide a lot of freebies on the credit side, you just have to catch them !!!!!!! :-)

    I made another purchase to get the freebie but how free is it really. That is just horrible usability on the ad! Sorry, DAZ but you guys should really have user testing these promotions. It's not the firs time that this sort of thing has confused folks.

    And thank you guys for taking the time to answer my post. Just had a little pang of sadness thinking how Jaderail would have probably been explaining this crazy functionality to me. :(

    As someone who worked in contract services for a good chunk of my life I got used to reading the fine print in contracts. Sometimes one would look for that before reading the main contract when working on a tender.
