Horror Movie Female Werewolf

Okay. A friend of mine has an issue with female werewolves. Or rather, a complete lack of frightening ones. Don't get me wrong, I've seen some decent ones, Skinchangers Female and Werwulf for Genesis 8 Female(s). But that's not the kind of werewolf he's in the market for. He wants a legitimately terrifying female werewolf. Something like one of these horror movie specimens.

Yes, I have. And so has my friend. Unfortunately, what we're looking for is something compatible with Genesis resources. Something that go from human to werewolf while onscreen, so to speak.
