Purchased Wild Hoop Hair and P3D Sigred HD but No Sigred (Resolved)

I just purchased both the Wild Hoop Hair and the new P3D Sigred character, but Sigred won't show up in connect or DAZ central and I cannot download it.

The popo billboards need to be repackaged, and Sigred did not.
