I'm curious, too.  The thing with Vyktohria's promos, is that she often combines parts of different hair props.  That's the case in at least two of the Rachel promos.  This looks like another one of those.

I've spent a few days looking at all the different hairstyles available and came to this conclusion too, thanks for the reply :)
