Accelerator for ultrascenery

Hello

I just bought this product Two kinds of  files installed manually and via Install manager : libUltraSceneryAccelerator.dll in plugins folder and some content from IM00074497-01_AcceleratorforUltraSceneryStudioContent inatalled in My Library. In the Accelerator pdf i can read : you know that the Accelerator is installed correctly when you
launch UltraScenery and see the new title background but i don't see this  and building the lansscape with ultra scenery is as long as it was without accelerator,

I must indicate that : the Accelerator pdf have been installed correctly where are the scripts ultraSceneCreator and Water pack are installed and in About installed menu  ultrascenery accelerator is installed (with green widget)

Someone has an idea why this plugin don't work??

Thanks

  • If you isntalled manually your security settings may have blocked the plug-in from going into the the application folder - assumignt hat is where you tried to place it. For WIndows, using default paths, that would be

    C:\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\plugins\

  • I hope you resolved this successfully.  I recently tried UltraScenery and some of the features.  I have a reasonable system but found it to be quite a load.  I manually installed the accelerator placing the .dll with my plugins as Richard mentions above and, after restarting DAZ Studio, the accelerated version of the script launches as mentioned in the ReadMe.  I wanted to add this to this thread because to build a scene with my system originally took about ten minutes; with the accelerated version it took about 25 seconds.  And I find the scenery to be amazing.

Another advantage to installing everything into one folder.
