Convert an Iray shader?

Is there a way to convert an Iray shader to V-Ray (or anything else besides 3DL)? The Max/Maya Bridge does not do it properly at all.

Would love to know what the equivilent in vray is as well.  Been working and comparing the shader blocks in iray daz to Vray, but so far only come up frustrated.

Converting shaders between render engines generally isn't a one-click process. Even when I bridge things, I do so knowing that I'll have to recreate all the shaders myself.
