Not in London, but a Single Office Home Office.
Digital Lite Design joined Wee Dangerous John and myself to bring you a home office. Many of the props, etc can be used for non-office scenes as well. A truly versatile set.
You will have to find your own assistant though :)

Nice job on the props, very believable! Yeah, I think one's gonna come live at my house.
John did a great job modeling this. I kept thinking of all the places I could use the props. Now, if I only had TIME! lol
...very nice and very useful. Can never have too many "everyday" type props.
It's great to see the recent office-themed stuff now available. Well done. The moment I get a more regular source of income, this stuff shall be finding its way into my inventory.
We'd love to see any images. :) I loved the additional things John modeled. I will be using those in many renders to come. That was the big thing that sold me on getting involved with this one. Quality models and versatile/useful items. :)
Here are a few renders which I did while putting this set together.
I laughed when I saw that corner shelf (2nd promo, top left). I bought one of those in real life but the areas to put things were so small I donated it! lol I just looked at that promo and laughed from my own experience. At least with digital you can make it really big or stretch it taller but in real life... no go! Really nice pack folks. Good job and in the cart!
Thanks RAM..... One thing to note - John's props scale really well. The small Elephant in his 3rd picture, bottom right is the same one, scaled up, I rendered in the 1st Promo popup. I think I am going to use the dolphins in a fountain render.......
...Octane or Luxrender?
...Octane or Luxrender?
Reality/Luxrender if anything.
Yes. :) Here is a quick DS render of the chair with subdivision. Also, John's images are earlier in the work flow. I didn't have issues, but you do have the option to SubD.
I think lighting plays a bit in his render. Where the chair and metal meet has some light and reflection play going on.
nice thanks for the reply...sold.
Glad to help. :)
Here's a quick close-up test render of the arm with Sub-D applied. Unless you are doing real close-up work there is no need to add the Sub-D .
Thanks, you have to admit that the first pic you posted did look a little sharp on the inside, mind you the pic is that small it cold have been reflections...that is the trouble with small images. Anyway thanks for making sure.
It was also a very early test picture. And to be honest my main focus was the scale of things, I also wanted to give the cat a natural pose.
Please take this as trying to help not criticising but I wouldn't post test images at all....it would save people like me with eagle eyes asking awkward questions. :)
A reminder that the sale is almost over :)
Here is a quick render I did. The coffee and doghnuts are from The Coffee Shop, and the chess set from another product John and I did with Khory.
very nice, I'll need to add that to the "Will Buy" list. It will be nice to see if the set will play nicely with some other office sets and props, when I get the package.
On a personal note. I need to remember there is other abbreviation for SOHO, other then the one I check on an almost hourly bases, lol. There is a Daz3D model of that, no, different SOHO, lol.
RAMWolff posted a comment earlier about buying a shelving unit in real life which was too small for his ornaments.
To get around this in our 3D world I put this simple 3 shelf prop together for you, it comes with adjustment morphs so you can move the shelves around. The idea is you adjust the uprights then move the shelves up, down, left and right.
Doc will be posting the link soon but in the mean time here's a DS render. Please note - the top and bottom shelf will move to the ends of the uprights so there's quite a bit of room for your favourite nick-nacks :)
Here it is :)

That's really nice of you! Thanks so much! :-)
No problem Ramwolf, I hope you find it useful.
