Exporting (licensed) Daz assets to Unity for AltspaceVR

I'm thinking of creating worlds in AltspaceVR and I have licensed some Daz assets including G8F & morphs. I have never used Unity. Is it possible to use the Daz assets in Unity and getting them low poly enough to work in AltspaceVR? I'm thinking of mostly sets but also creating full characters with hair and clothes and saving as objs just to use as static characters hanging out in the set/world. And if so, how would I go about doing it? Thanks for all advice.

Are you going to change the appearance in Unity to stylized low poly versions,
like the terrain and pegasus in my YouTube video?
I'd rather keep keep it as realistic as possible but still low poly enough to use in Altspace just as static objects.
Cool animation! I love when the wings come out.
Thanks.
I have no problem of exporting via bridge any Daz characters with clothes, I have tried, so far.
Even Shogun - https://www.daz3d.com/shogun-hd-for-genesis-8-males exported to Unity
renders in real time on my computer.
In Daz Studio Shogun clothes on my computer drop to CPU rendering because my graphics card
GTX 1080 with 8 GB VRAM could not handle it.
I do not know, what requirements are for Altspace, but Unity can handle really large Daz items very well.
