Mimic pro for carrara is asking for a serial number

Hi, 

I ordered mimic pro for carrara and installed it in carrara pro 8, but it asks for a serial number. None appear in my account page and never got an email. I emailed support. no answer. Before, I used to get serial numbers when I ordered from Daz, now I get nothing. How am i supposed to use this?

if not contact Customer Service, they are being a bit slow lately

No, it's not there and I already contacted them, but no response. I first emailed them on november 28th and again last week.

 just keep bugging them and if nearing your 30 days say you will return it unless they supply your serial number, emphasise you want the product but it is unsatisfactory if it cannot be registred
