Metadata -- People vs Figures...

PLEASE do not respond that this is just the way the metadata was entered. That's obvious and doesn't answer the question I'm about to ask:

In DazStudio 4.6 64-bit Win, in the SMART CONTENT pane, why are some characters listed under Figures and some listed under People?

It seems to be only older figures under the latter category, so is it just based on their age? Or is there some other reason?

    It's most likely because the old Poser folders used to include a 'People' folder for figures like Victoria 4 and Kids 4. Everyone seems to have adopted the 'Figures' as the new standard though.

    They revised and set new standards for the default categories (in Sept 2012, if I remember correctly), but not everything that had metadata before that point has been updated. Default > Figures > People is the updated standard location.
