how long does a product remain "new"?

I ask cause I have the PA membership, but quite often I find it hard to find things that I want to use my discount coupons on (I typically manage), simply put even weeks after a product has been put on the store and is NOT on sale it is still labeled as "new". Yes, my wish list is big enough that there are things i could use them on that are not new, but I have limited resources (money), so i tend to weigh how much I have to spend against how badly I want an Item. So, while I COULD buy said thing I really want for full price, this means that many times I would be gypping my self out of my benifits of the PA membership....

Oh, thank you Jack. This is a question I've always wondered. Now I'll just have to keep track of when something I want goes in the store. Too bad they can't add the intro date to product pages, well at least the new ones going forward, as that would make things easier as far as budgeting as to when we can get something with a coupon.

They don't do an intro date, but there should be a "new" banner across the first Promo image/on the main store page for any products less than 60 days old.

Edit to add... of course, with the store currently messed up, It's kinda hard to check
