Looking for help with project

Hi I am making 2 animations for a documentary one 4 min the other 20 sec, I'm looking for someone to do the 3d backgrounds of a paradise island for one, and for a camera roll of different parts of beautiful earth on the other , the 4 minute one will have 2d animations of characters and animals rotoscoped onto the footage by me, I am willing to pay for such a job but I can't pay much as I don't have funding as of yet,
