ISO: Toon Bird

I am trying to locate this toon bird, and i just cant seem to find it. The bird as i recall, was a Toon Hawk, blue in color with a white chest, and a real big head.

Does anybody have any idea where i can find this bird or the creator of it?

The only toon bird with a big head that I know of is 3D Universe's Toon Vulture. Probably not the bird you're looking for, but on the off-chance: http://www.3duniverse.co.za/store/product/?Toon-Vulture

Nah, it wasnt 3DU's vulture.

Like i said, the bird was blue, and kinda resembled the chicken hawk from Foghorn Leghorn.

I think it's this little guy. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to be available anymore, which is a shame cuz he's super cute.
