Video card error I think

I have been having problems with my computer just turning off the last two days all by itself. I just got this error and I was wondering what it means.

    It sounds as if the graphics card has been overheating and now something has come loose because of that. If you have access to it try cleaning it and resetting it in the slot. If it is integrated then if it doesn't work after cleaning the board then the whole motherboard is goosed unless you can add a graphics card.

    It is a Radeon HD. I am trying to find out more information.

    Sadly the error message seems to indicate that some or all of the cards memory has gone bad.
