Actually I suspect the promo needs to be re-written but it looks so neat.
If it's not a poorly written description, then it's going to be a relatively heavy download lol ...

    Gimp 2.0?
I think I have 2.4, so it would be an older version.
But yeah, free PS sounds nice XD

Oh, stop salivating, people. The product includes add-ons that work IN Gimp and PS, if you already have those products. I'm a little miffed that Paint Shop Pro wasn't supported, but I wasn't really planning to buy this anyway.

Older Photoshop brushes will work in PSP, and newer versions will if you convert them to PNGs with abrMate or simiar app, but I know from trying years ago, actions and such work differently between the 2 apps, and if he doesn't have PSP available, he wouldn't be able to create them.

I don't have DS 4.6 (never upgraded past DS 4.0), but I just watched his video, and the light set looks nice and easy to use with lots of options.

It's been ages since I used PSP, but if it uses layers and is similar at all in that approach to PS and Gimp, and maybe the similar actions, you can probably use Paint Shop Pro. You would just have to do it manually which is just a couple more steps anyhow.
