Yes, the run, sprint work is good. I wish they would use a model for their motion capture who doesn't walk with duck-feet, though, makes it look a little splayed. You don't see it on the run as much as the walk cycles.
By the way, I don't know if its just this company or aniblocks in general, but if you do more than one in a sequence, make sure to put them all on the figures top animate slot, not a subtrack, otherwise the arms wrap around. I tested this several times and they don't work when stacked on a subtrack.
    Hope this helps.

Thanks so much! Customer reviews say more to me than anything....

Why they don't show a clear video of the various mocap movements you get when you buy this, or other packages, is beyond me. Its basic marketing. They waste half their little commercial on the intro, show a few scrambled shots of people running, some upside down or backwards, which is nuts, then think thats enough to get people to buy. I've already read here and elsewhere that people simply won't purchase without seeing some of the samples. I found a few on their site, which is the only way I bought it. But they should get their act together and do a simple promo showing the set, other wise it leads to people thinking its a cheap or useless product. That's just simple common sense marketing.
ANyway, I think you'll like the run sequences. There are a few bonus ones as well, but they are in the other packs.
