any contest this fall season?

Hi everyone
I was wondering if Daz was going to have a Halloween render contest this year.
its seems lately the render contest here at daz have been far and few between and was wondering if daz was planning on having any types of render contest for this fall season , :)

    I didn't see anything about a Halloween contest on it,. maybe its to early yet. i was asking because it takes time to render animation for a contest and if their is going to be one i would have like the info early on the guidelines for the Halloween contest before i started rendering a film for the contest. as i said it takes time to render animation which is what i usually like to submit if i have the time and know the guidelines. that is why my inquiry

    Well the ones I know about, The New Users Contest is obviously for New Users, but no theme selected yet. The Freebie Challenge always have a sort of Halloween theme for October, it's the Annual Monster Mash Halloween Bash, and in the Bryce Challenge we have a non halloween theme this year for the Autumn edition. Those are all render contests anyway. Carrara Contest also will not select their October theme until after the current contest is finished.

    I am not sure that DAZ 3D has ever had an animation contest.

    Daz usually don't have just a animation contest , but sometimes they accept animation as well as renders. if it fits the themes of the contest.

    on a update .. This afternoon I noticed that renderosity had announced they were going to have a Halloween contest , But they have not posted their guidelines yet either just this years theme of "something wicked this way comes." and the contest dates
    so maybe i can concentrate my efforts on something for that theme & contest
