15% Off Featured Stores NOT Working SOLVED

I'm at the 10 punch tier, I got the 50% off (PC+) and then the 20% off that, but that was it. Shopping Joe's store which IS a featured store, and it was NOT a new item. No further discount. Can you folks roll out a sale that works????

    Showing 50% off at 9.97. 20% off that is 1.99 off, and that's what it is in the cart. $7.98. No further discount.
    EDIT: 15% off 7.98 is $1.20, so it should be $6.78 in the cart.

    I punched in the code again and it worked. I am going to assume either a letter didn't get capitalized or it was fixed.
