Moving a grafted item between Genesis and Genesis 2? Possible with something?

I know there's a product to move an item made for G2F over to G2M and vice versa:

Is there a similar product for taking something from Genesis 1 over to Genesis 2?

Not in the same way, no. Cross-Figure is partly possible because G2F and G2M share vertex order, and G2 vs. G1 do not. You can transfer clothing from G1 to G2 using Autofit or Transfer Utility, but geografts are very dependant on identical vertex order and face position, so no geograft will ever properly transfer.

Does the Cross-Figure Kit convert grafts? And why can't I move it to the top of my WishList? ;)

Yeah I feared this wasn't possible.

I'm looking at some cat-creature characters for Genesis 1 that I like - but then realizing that while I already have the tools for the texture maps on the base figure - even using something like the creature addons would be different UV maps than the ear / tail props originally had.

It doesn't "convert," it adds G2M functionality to a G2F item, or vice versa. You don't resave the item to library, you just resave a scripted morph and it still loads from the same place.

It does work on grafts, but you'd have to then use the G2F texture on G2M as well to make the edges match up (since that's required by every geograft). Since you're using it on mostly creature items, that's probably not an issue until/unless you ever want to do an image with male gens in it (since the G2F textures won't have that, obviously).

It works fine on the snake tail for Lilith (the wings won't look right without applying the texture that goes with them). Here you can see the bones are intact because I've posed it.

It's possible to do this with Transfer Utility and not buy Cross-Figure, but it takes longer and requires a resave of the main item, doubling the file size. I've done a tutorial for that on my blog.
