Creating Modular Environment Assets in Blender intended for Daz
Hi all. I've spent most of the last year learning Blender. Now I'm learning Daz and realize that I have the modeling skills to create room/environment elements with relative ease. But I'm just wondering if anyone in this forum has good rules to follow when attempting to generate elements. I am thinking that I can create 3m x 3m OBJ 'blocks' that can then be imported into Daz.
Is this a reasonable workflow assumption? Do any of you know of best practices when doing something like this? I did a bit of searching but could not find anything instructional that is specifically geared toward Blender users.
Thanks for your attention; happy new year.
Additional Detail: Here is a basic 'square' I mocked up. It's exactly 3x3x3.
Is there anything - ground-plane-wise - that I should concern myself with? Just spitballing. :)

nice square
Cute. :) I'm just trying to build out a straightforward template for creating parts... Or I could just make a big ol' room, merge it, bake, and unwrap all and import it through Bridge (to keep proportions).
