Refunds Possible for Carrara Pro 8..5? Or is there a Try Before You Buy Version?

Just that ... I'd like to try Carrara Pro 8.5, having been away from Carrara for a while, but I can't find a trial version anywhere. Is there one available?

If there isn't, and I purchase it to try it, and find it's not what I'm after, can I get a refund?

I searched the forums & knowledge base but can't find an answer.

I enjoy creating short animations using Gen4 characters (M4, V4, K4, etc.) and did not really see many new features in C8.5, that I will use a lot anyway. I did buy it when the price was dropped substantially for a short time. It does allow use of later generations - Genesis, etc. - but that is not of much interest to me.
