Can you please tell me if you can find clothes and hair of characters from the anime "Naruto" somewhere. I would like to create my own animated story about this universe in daz3d.

It can't be "product" unless creator company provide license for PAs, but you can either find non-commercial "fanart" assets OR sometimes you can find more or less similar clothes/hair among "products", just not 100% replica ofc, and similarities are not officially confirmed.
For fanmade freebies look on sharecg or deviantart, and maybe in poser daz freebies wiki. For "lookalikes", hard to say. I remember some characters or clothes sets looking inspired by GoT, and i recall some FF-alike hair sets. Sorry, cant show anything specific yet.
There was also pretty good Devik May Cry 5's Virgil-alike hair recently.

Sometimes making fan art renders with DAZ Studio will require that you model your own content or, if you're willing to use approximations, to re-texture or make your own morphs to an existing asset. An asset that might not originally be intended for a ninja or for anime.
