cant get the program to work

i installed it then went to run it and it says the e-mail i sent does not work

    Yeah, very confusing. :-(

    But apparently the "e-mail" doesn't work. But why there is a message about "e-mail" when trying to run "the program" is totally baffling.

    Perhaps the question is from someone not native to English or very young but my mindreading powers are weak today. There are plenty of people here willing to try to help. However, we don't have enough information. The name of "the program" would be a good starting point and very very helpful.

    Since these are the DAZ boards logic is that the program is studio or Daz Install Manager and that there is an issue with the registration email. If it is the DIM be sure you have entered the same address that you registered on the site. If you have not yet added an email address the drop down (account) will let you do that.
