Problems with dForce Time for School Skirt

I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I have had a heck of a time getting the Time for School skirt to work with dForce properly.

I tried all manner of tricks. I used the animation time line, starting the model above the item they were sitting on. I fiddled with the morphs. I tried different poses but no amount of work could get it to lay over the character's legs. There was always pokethrough.

I gave up but if someone has any other ideas that I should have tried, I'd love to hear how you get it to work.
