Can anybody point me to the torn clothing worn by the front character in this product?

I personally don't know what that is I afraid, but I'll just throw it out there - that If you have the time and some basic knowledge of any paint program, you can make virtually any clothing torn by adding an opacity map.
You'd need to download the templates for what ever clothing set you want torn so you can see where to paint in the tears, then make a map for it which is just black and white, (white areas will show clothing, black areas will be invisible). Save it out as a .PNG
In Daz Studio you would load the new map under the surfaces tab, into the opacity channel and keep it set to 100%. And if clothings supplied materials already use an opacity map, you can just edit the existing one.
And if you cant paint tears by hand, you could try the Decals/rusted section over at http://www.cgtextures.com/. turn exposure / brightness to the maximum or minimum to get them white or black in your paint program.
Adding some bump or displacement map to torn edges will look more realistic, but that's a bit more if a complicated one.

    only a suggestion though.

Thank you for the suggestions. I made an opacity map with tears per your instructions and it works great so far.

That would also be my suggestion.

I once needed to create a "burned" (well, closer to "blown up") outfit for a render. I made a copy of the texture map and added a "scorched" layer in GIMP, then created an opacity map to make portions of it transparent, where the fabric was burned away.

    The image won!
