Where can I see if a *.dsb file is assigned to an object

Hi all,

obviously another newbie question, but I can't figure it out.

I purchased a poser product that delivers also some DSMat files for bump maping, specular maping, ambient and opacity. The extension of the files is *.dsb. I copied the folder into the MyLibrary folder and can than assign this mat file with drag&drop; in the content tab onto the object.

After rendering I could not see any change in the final image so I wonder if I really assigned that mat file or if I have done anything else wrong.

So the question is: How can I found out if the file is assigned to the object?

Thanks for any hint.
With kind regards,
Ruediger Kabbasch

After you load the file check in the Surfaces tab to see if the Bump and other settings really changed. Look before and again after. Some times you need to tweek the settings to get better results.

Also check the log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View log), just after applying the peset, to see if there are any errors.
