Best way to download files on iPad for cloud

What is the best way to download files to put in the cloud? I am currently using an iPad to download stuff that I can use when I can access my computer. I can use MS One Drive but I need to find an easier way to do so.

edit posted a tad too early. I'm trying to upload all my hivewire stuff to OneDrive before they close down. I can download to iPad but not directly to OneDrive or other cloud service?
