I'm wondering if it's possible to use the auto-fit options of Sickle Dress Rig with G2M to transfer over the MFD or if the Sickle Tunic Rig would work for that? Also do any if the features of SRMS work with Genesis 2?

I don't believe so.
If you already have the MFD for Genesis 2 Females, this may work better:

I have that it gives the same results and distorts the crotch area
Thank you for the replies
If you're using Poser, maybe you could take the morph brush and smooth that area out then export it as a morph target named "XID_Genesis2Male". Then you could use DS to load the morph back in the dress, and using the options to replace the morph then save the changes. I think in DS you can turn smoothing on and possibly bake the changes and save out as a morph target and load that in as a morph of the dress. I'm not sure of the exact steps for that though.
I have poser pro 2012, not sure if it's installed,I kind of went to Studio only but I'll look into it, thank you for the info.
I tried converting it using the Cross Figure tool, and I saw the creasing, however I was able to using smoothing to remove it. I think "base shape matching" was able to smooth out the bottom at default values. Setting to "Generic", I set the smoothing iterations to about 5.
EDIT: I also think there was possibly an update to the dress in August. Not sure you use DIM, but the dress had a modified date of august, and the other items were earlier this year.
I might not have the updated version then, I use DIM, but I don't have internet at home so I store everything on an external
So when I go visit family if my husband isn't using it to watch tv I take it to download or upgrade files, but haven't been able to in quite a while. I will try the smoothing though,
Yeah, I was going to suggest cross fit, it's pretty awesome.
Cross-Figure is awesome, I was hesitant to purchase it at first seeming I don't create clothes nor am I a vendor, but I'm glad I went ahead and bought it, and the smoothing worked great, thank you for the suggestion Male-M3dia
