(FIXED) No punch reward voucher for week 2?

I would like to know if the punch reward voucher will be issued later today because I do not see it anywhere.

Last week it was under under the Exclusive Offers button but I see nothing today...

    Moreover, this free item is punchable but I have not received the punch after having purchased it:

    If I am the only one to have these problems I believe that I will have to submit a ticket to the support...

    I am not sure at what time they will go into the accounts. DAZ itself won't be open for several hours.

    Thank you very much for your answer, Cris.

    I ask my question here before submitting a ticket because I see the punches that I had to get in my account for the purchases that I did last week. I will wait a little and see if others have the same problem (no reward coupon and no punch for the free punchable item above) and I will see if it is worth submitting a ticket or if the issue is fixed later.

    Well it is still only 4:00 am for CS as well as the rest of DAZ 3D.

    Edit: disregard the earlier comment, I was getting confused by the roll-over punch from having five to nine punches last week. [strike]I got a punch for the freebie just now, and[/strike] I have my coupon from last week however.

    I think that I did well to submit a ticket because I still do not see the free item punch nor the Reward Voucher code. I do not know what is happening but if you have them in your account I believe that there is a problem with mine...

    I found it by sheer luck and ordered it. It is sweet, but did not earn me a punch. No offense taken as I suck at punching sales, so I'm simply hoarding up the pennies and freebies, getting ready for next month's sales (and giveaways?) and the release of Mei Lin 6.

    Sadly, no punch or voucher for me either, so I'm guessing it's not been gotten around to as yet. Bit of a bummer, but I'm sure it'll be addressed relatively soon.

    I got 4 punches already, but do not know if one of the punches were from the freebie or not.

    Same here, bought earlier, no punch... but I just re-purchased the free Umbrella Patio Table a few minutes ago and received the advertised punch.

    I don't have my DAZ punch rewards either, and it's going on 1PM. I'll wait and get the table when I KNOW the punch for it is working.

    Just repurchase it, then the punch shows up, just did for me. Still no voucher, but the punch worked at least.

    I did the same just before coming here and the punch does also appear in my Punch Meter. No coupon either but I believe that DAZ should fix the problem later...

    My punch ddi show up, without needing to repurchase. I'll put a query in about the late coupons for last week's punches - can I ask, are those of you not seeing your coupons PC+, old PC or non PC?

    Yup, it worked for me. I didn't repurchase it, but I guess the silent DAZ angel known as Britney jumped in and fixed that :).

    I am still old PC and still not seeing my coupon for $30 code

    Thank you, DAZ has looked into this and I believe that you should now be seeing, and able to use, your reward coupons from last week's punches.

    Mine has finally shown up too....I know they are useable on new release DO's but are the applicable to 1.99 items also that are DO's?

    No, coupons almost never work on items under $3 and PC items are always excluded.

    I got my coupon and now Lilith HD is mine once I find one more DO I want.'

    Edit: I assume the coupon has to be used in one purchase. If I do not use it all I loose it?
