its got like a few colors in the dust clouds.  mebbe there is a few smaller spheres inside the big one, each a different color?

 

i really miss dimension theory.

such beautiful sky domes

dont usually think about using sky boxes in carrara cuz of the realistic sky.  but what are those ray trace bounces really doing?  do they bounce off the infinite sky?  

i remember the render tab shows how many rays launched.  but are they bouncy bouncy?
do they bounce when the sader is set to translucence?  do they bounce when idl and caustics is off?  what if cast shadows is toff?
