Hi.
I bought the "Gianni" figure about 2 weeks ago and it's been offered today for a lower price. I read I can ask Daz for a partial refund, but I read on a different topic I should buy the item again and ask for a total refund of the first order, since the lower price may be a part of the today only offers. Is this true or I can just ask for a partial refund?

    As long as you file the request while the promotion is on you should be OK - it was in the old store, where there were sales with limited numbers of purchases possible, that it was necessary to buy again and ask for a refund on the more expensive item. I don't think this will affect you, but do remember that if you earned a PA Festival punch or received a discount for a punch, or used one of the DAZ Original coupons earned with punches, when purchasing Gianni then you won't be able to claim a partial refund.

    No, I didn't used (or had) any punches when I bought the item.
